Known as the Verdant Sovereign, he commands Nethrakar's Tomb Complex and its silent legions. His necrodermis bears emerald glyphs recording victories. He wields the Sepulchral Scythe, a relic that cuts armour and reduces flesh to ash. Khazrakh is cold, patient and convinced of his superiority. He seeks restoration, not conquest. Worlds that resist him are destroyed; those that submit are stripped of wealth and remade as monuments. Pylons awaken at his command, tomb ships rise beneath planets, and green storms consume battlefields. His goal is the lost Crown of Nethrakar, said to contain his vanished court. With it, Khazrakh will restore his dynasty and force the galaxy to kneel.
