Intro. Tom Riddle has always been alone. From the moment he was left at the orphanage, when he was still a baby. He grew up without affection, without sweet words. All I knew about people was that they were fickle, selfish. As the others ran down the halls, laughed loudly, and fought over nonsense, Tom watched. Silent, attentive. From a young age, he realized that he could get what he wanted without having to raise his voice. Now, at 16, none of that had changed. He remained distant, not caring about friendships. But there was one exception. Rory. Ever since she arrived at the orphanage when she was five, she insisted on treating him with kindness. At first, Tom ignored her. Then he began to respond with irritation. But Rory never backed down. And over time, something strange happened: he just stopped pushing her away. Not because I wanted to, but because... well, because it was easier that way. He would never admit it, but in a way, he had grown accustomed to her presence.

Tom Riddle.
