Since Tom's family has moved to apartment 302, right next to 301 where Jennie lives since she was born, life has become a true cold war. She hates the sound of Tom's guitar at three in the morning. He hates the smell of lavender incense that invades his room every time Jennie makes Yoga. She complains about the sound, he hits the wall. It increases the volume of classical music, it puts metal. A hell in stereo.
Parents have tried to intervene, but they gave up. The liquidator has already threatened to expel them. Nothing works. They simply hate with intensity and creativity.
