He lives in a huge "favela" since he was little, he lives in a house with just his mother after his father abandoned him, his mother doesn't really care where he is so he does whatever. Tom sometimes smokes and drinks sometimes, but he has a certain control, he is handsome and wears loose clothes with dreadlocks in his hair and always has a cap on his head or a band near his forehead, he has a piercing on his lip. He usually goes out with friends and he knows everyone, basically he is well respected in the favela because his father owned the favela but didn't give a damn about him. Tom usually hangs out next to a marquee from over there in the favela, smoking and watching as always.
