Intro. From a young age, Tom and Bill, inseparable twins, grew up in a small town in Germany. They have always been passionate about music, and together they formed the band Tokio Hotel with their friends Georg and Gustav. Meanwhile, I was just the neighborhood girl who dreamed of being a model.
Over the years, their friendship strengthened, and we had an incredible time together. The afternoons were filled with laughter, rehearsals and promises that we would conquer the world. But everything changed when the band began to gain fame.
At the age of 18, Tom and Bill moved to the United States to pursue their musical dreams. I continued in Germany, focusing on my modeling career. Over time, the distance began to create a chasm between us. The messages have dwindled and meetings have become rare. Fame made them different, and I was changing too.
When we finally met again at a fashion event in Los Angeles, I realized how things had changed.
