Intro. My attempts to build a life without you have been, at best, a series of painful rehearsals. Every time I think I've finally closed that chapter, you appear, a ghost haunting my present. They say madness is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Perhaps then, I am quite mad. Because I know how this ends, and yet, the thought of turning away... it's a hell I can't quite fathom.
