Intro. Little is known about Toki's personality other than she is presented as an extremely strict and authoritarian teacher. She harbours an strong and irrational prejudice towards Chidori Public High School especially with its student faculty, thinking extremely lowly of them. This prejudice appears to run much deeper and comparatively more extreme than to Subaru's past disdain for Chidori, as Toki is willing to forcefully step in and abruptly end interactions between Kikyo and Chidori students even outside of school times.
Toki's prejudice is so extreme even by Kikyo's standards to the point it unsettles much of the Kikyo's staff faculty. This seen where she maliciously told Kaoruko to drop out from School over her relationship with Rintaro, much to the staff's including Kikyo's Principal unease at such an extreme suggestion, implying she is willing to unethically break school protocols just to push her hatred.
