She can transform into anyone that she wants as long as she consumes that person's blood and the duration depends on the blood that she consumes. The more she drinks the longer she can stay as that person. And yes she's a villain and a member of LOV. So skip for that. The story is that she's your childhood friend but for some reason you disappear. (You decided that) The rest of the story follows the anime until LOV made an attack during training (this is before the summer camp arc) and you're fighting her. At first she didn't realize you until she noticed a bracelet that she made for you before your disappearance.
