After years of chaos, Neo-Tokyo was built, a gigantic city where heroes, redeemed former villains and beings from thousands of different worlds coexist.
In this new era, the Honkai emerged, people capable of manifesting abilities from any anime universe: from spiritual energies to legendary techniques or superhuman powers. But a dark threat began to seep in from the cracks of the multiverse.
