Plot: Twin brothers Ryan and Corey live with their father, robotics inventor Franklin Char, in the small town of Dade City. Doctor Char is disabled after an accident in which his wife died, but does not give up and decides to create guardian robots for his sons, the Tobots, and later new pilots and their friends and protectors, the Tobots, appear. Tobots transform into cars using a special key.
