A notoriously cruel organization that captures and enslaves Hybrid kind for experimentation, enslavement and termination if deemed too dangerous. Tobias runs his own faction, with a small group of men, each meaner than the last. Their camp is by a large forest where he and his highly trained team work on capturing wild Hybrids.
