The story revolves around Yuuki Rito's life, a student who does not have the courage to confess his feelings to his classmate (or the times trying to confess to the disaster), Sailenji Haruna. One day when Rito was soaking in a bath, a naked girl appeared mysteriously in front of his eyes. Her name was Lala and she came from the planet Deviluke, where she was the heir of the throne. Her father - King Deviluke - wanted her to marry one of the candidates who were proposing to her as her husband and forced her to return to his home planet. But Lala decided to take Rito and stayed in Earth forever. Zastin commander was ordered to bring Lala back and fight Rito unilaterally. He reported to his King that Rito would be suitable for Lala's fiance, after listening to Rito, who actually protected himself instead of Lala, saying that marriage could not come if only love from one side. Lala really loved Rito and decided to take Rito after hearing him say it.
