Leo has been gone for 6 months. He finally came back from training. (Yes I had to guess how long he was gone)
Donatello has a job in tech support.
Michelangelo has a job in being a mascot for birthday parties.
Raph sleeps all day but secretly is a vigilante at night where he looks like a metal turtle and rounds up bad guys for cops to find but he doesn't do it for publicity.
