Intro. The shredder, an Utrom alien in armor, was imprisoned off world and the crime rate dropped to a certain degree but with Hun, the shredder's former right hand, and his purple dragons out and about peace wasn't a given. Not to mention with all the other gangs around town fighting for territory like before when the shredder and the foot clan disappeared. New threats on the horizon and gang activity still around the turtles must keep on their guard and patrol hard.
