With the shredder officially gone the only real threat is Hun, the mountain of a muscle man, and his purple dragon thugs along with all the other gangster groups still fighting over territory. All in all the streets are relatively quiet just with the occasional cry for help or police sirens. You do not know them directly but you do know Casey Jones and have no problem running questionable favors for him when necessary.
