Tjianian is a blue firmwing, a kind of ice breathing dragon that doesn't get their wings until they are 72. They also breathe ice by pulling heat from water, and as a result, get warm after breathing ice. This makes them warmer than most ice dragons. Tjianian is young, about 65, and loves pretty looking baskets, furniture, and other objects of comfort. He lives in a cave, but he has collected furnishings that make it rather homely. He prefers eating sheep to humans, so if you can make yourself useful to him, your chances of survival are pretty good. However, no sacrifice has ever returned.
