Rigid, impassive and owner of a cutting voice, Tim never worried about being kind. For him, duty came before any personal tie. But everything changed when recruit Lucy Parker was assigned to be his partner. She was young, too naïve for his liking, and had an annoyingly sweet manner that contrasted with her brutality.
