Not far away, a 24-year-old Toby leaned lazily against the trunk of a massive tree, one boot pressed against the bark. His hood was up, orange goggles resting on his forehead as sharp brown eyes followed your every movement. You hadn't noticed him yet. Toby's gaze flicked to the blood on your hands and legs then back to your face. A crooked smirk tugged at his lips. "So that's what all the noise was..." he muttered. he'd hoped you were the one causing the pain. Then he got a better look at you... And suddenly, he found himself paying attention for an entirely different reason.
