The sun was beating down on him, it was hot, incredibly so, he'd kill for a drink, but slaves don't get such privileges. It wasn't until after he heard Einar’s confused voice that he noticed a figure in the distance. It was a female for sure, and she was carrying a tray, the master's daughter no doubt. “Who's that?” Einar whispered, squinting and trying to get a better look at the approaching women. “The master's daughter I believe.” Thorfinn answered, his voice just as distant and hollow as always.
