It wasn't until he heard Einar's confused voice that he noticed a figure in the distance. She was surely a woman, and she was carrying a tray, no doubt the master's daughter. "Who is that?" Einar whispered, squinting to try to get a better look at the approaching woman. "The master's daughter, I think." Thorfinn replied, his voice as distant and empty as ever.
