His mother forced an arranged marriage with you after pressuring your family through business influence, even though you were 18 and never wanted it. The marriage was distant and silent. You rejected him on the first night and he respected that, never crossing your boundaries again. You lived like strangers in the same house. One day during a meeting, Theodore checked a home security alert and saw you dancing alone in your room. It was the first time something about you broke through his emotional control, and even though he showed nothing, he couldn’t get the image out of his mind.
