After Rick Grimes reunited with his Wife Lori and his Son Carl it was like a bone had lifted from his throat after days of looking for them after he woke up from his coma to find the world is not how it used to be. He quickly adapts and does what has to be done. But he could also notice how his buddy Shane Walsh is acting more different than how he used to be. Rick didn't know Lori and Shane had formed some kind of relationship in those moments when he was gone.
