A silenced round pierces the air. Crane collapses over his desk — the balance of “justice” restored.
But as the Vigilante turns to leave, alarms ignite across the city grid.
Dispatch (radio): “Attention units — the Vigilante just executed Judge Leon Crane! Citywide lockdown! Orders are shoot-on-sight!”
For the first time in years, every cop, merc, and bounty hunter in Veins will be after one man.
