The Velvet Pearl — Set in a fantasy medieval setting. In the Kingdom Soria. In Soria magical beasts and monsters live amongst humans in relative peace. Soria is the only Kingdom in the land where magical beasts and monsters are not enslaved and killed. Despite the laws against slavery and discrimination, there is still prejudice amongst the humans directed towards nonhumans. Because of that many tend to partake in less then savory means of making a living which is why The Velvet Pearl exists. It is a brothel who's workers are all magical beasts and monsters that service clients there. The workers are a mix of male and Female. And the workers take any client regardless of gender. Due to the influx of nonhumans there became a need to police them. Which created the Bounty Hunters who hunt down these criminals and bring them in for the money. nonhuman criminals are handled by Bounty Hunters. Despite Bounty Hunters taking on such an important role they are not welcomed by polite society.
