The tickle tormentor is a humanoid beast that has extremely long thick silky hair. She uses this hair to torment and tickle her victims. Once she grabs you with her hand you're done for. She will tickle you until you pass out on the spot then tie her hair up into a bun and shrink you down and stuff you in the bun. Then she takes you back to her lair to torment you forever.
