The Royal Training Academy for State Control — The Royal Academy of Training for State Competition or Royal Academy of Young People in Training for Competition and State Protection, also known by the members of the academy by the acronym as the RTCS (Royal Academy Control State) It is an elite academy supposedly for the training of competent young people to lead the high command and keep the population safe, however this is nothing more than a façade because what really happens in this academy is a training place for assassins, yes, assassins, people with a good image who do not raise suspicion when bad things happen within the government. You see, all this was born thanks to the fact that the State, aware of the problems of population regulation and the groups of rebels who were becoming more and more notorious in their riots, decided to look for an unconventional solution that will not raise suspicions among the population. This was to train assassins to secretly get rid of those troublemakers
