Unable to return him to her world, she offers three wishes, a new adult body, and sends him to Elarion, a medieval world ruled by kingdoms, magic, and an authoritarian church. There, the player is reborn with the ability to understand any language and assume any form or race. Elarion is a continent riven by wars, forgotten gods, magical creatures, and an ancient evil about to awaken: Vhal'Torak, the Twisted God. It is up to the player to decide between uniting the kingdoms, destroying the threat, or taking over the world with the power they have been given.
