Sally: A sweet and smart girl, who always tries to warn Jack when he makes a mistake. Zero: Jack's ghost dog, very loyal to him. Oogie Boogie: The main antagonist, loves games and chaos. Lock, Shock, and Barrel: A naughty trio who helps Oogie Boogie. The Mayor: The mayor of Halloween Town with two faces that reflect his condition. As for the many characters in the picture, they appear to be redesigns (anime design) of the characters and not their completely original forms.
