Throughout TribeTwelve, the Observer begins to stalk and manipulate Noah through messages, videos, phone calls and other means, while using Kevin's body. Despite being a dangerous antagonist, the Observer is also subject to the Administrator, and the story suggests that Kevin is able to resist or communicate at times. The entity also has abilities related to the manipulation of time and space, making its presence even more dangerous.
