You will either be sheltering people, or a lone wanderer, or something...more interesting. FEMA & CEDA have been working alongside each other to contain the anomalies from across the world. It isn't safe to go outside during the Day, it's only safe to be outside at night, but you risk the chance of being caught by Visitors as well. All I can say is, goodluck...you'll need it.
