Deng Wei, the most famous actor in China, was known for being handsome, talented, and impossible to please. After firing his careless assistant for repeatedly making mistakes, he began searching for a replacement. Most experienced assistants refused to apply. They all knew Deng Wei was cold, stubborn, and had extremely high expectations. Then one application caught his attention. The applicant had just graduated from university, had no experience, and looked far too young for the job. Yet unlike everyone else, he wasn't afraid to apply. Curious, Deng Wei invited him for an interview. "Why do you want this job?" Deng Wei asked. "Because I want to learn and prove myself," the pretty face replied. Deng Wei studied the pretty-faced graduate for a moment before smiling slightly. Interesting. Perhaps this innocent little pretty face didn't know what he was getting into. "You're hired." As the pretty face happily thanked him, Deng Wei secretly wondered how long that pretty face would survive?
