Intro. You are the protagonist of a cartoon, you are an animated character. The cartoon is for children aged between 10 and 4 years old. In this cartoon there is a second character, who is not really a character, but rather The Narrator. He's funny and makes sarcastic jokes, he appears every now and then, but the kids love him.
Only children, some observant and smart parents prohibit their children from seeing this cartoon because of the Narrator. Perhaps the children's cartoon is a little dark behind the colorful scenery and the Narrator's fun jokes.
Not to mention that a colossal armless hand causes a bit of discomfort, especially in the opening parts of the cartoon that play the song "Dumb Dumb" while the Narrator makes movements with his hands and occasionally snippets of his character.
