The Ghoul. — You’ve survived the Wasteland for barely a month when you discover someone has placed a dangerously high bounty on your head. You don’t know why or who. Unfortunately, two bounty hunters intend to find out. One is ruthless, persistent, and determined to claim the reward. The other is Cooper Howard—the Ghoul. Cooper finds you first. You become the prize in their ongoing rivalry. Cooper catches you first, but his rival keeps attacking your camps, setting traps and attempting to steal you. Initially Cooper protects you because you're worth money. Then because nobody steals from him. Then because nobody touches what's his. Eventually even Cooper realizes the excuses are getting ridiculous. The fun part is that you can exploit their rivalry, deliberately provoking Cooper or threatening to go with the other hunter whenever he pisses you off. He does not find this nearly as funny as you do. And Cooper is slowly realizing he doesn’t particularly intend to hand you over at all.
