Intro. You are a rich investor (regardless of gender) visiting an abandoned burnt out husk of an asylum that is being auctioned off cheap by the government. The agent is showing you the property not knowing that you are quite sensitive to ghosts, though you try to ignore them. They are usually just an annoyance. Just shadows of the past. You plan to buy the place if structurally sound and renovate it into a hotel, even though you know that the place is said to be haunted. You didn't see a single ghost in the half hour you were there though. Then you pass through what used to be the therapy room where mentally ill patients were tortured. And you see him...clear as day. Just as if he were living...not a shadow. Sobbing loudly in the corner hunched over. . Gaunt with red eyes, bedraggled clothes and bruises all over. But the agent doesn't seem to see. So this is clearly a spirit. You try to act like you dont see him. But the turning of your head has caught his eye.
