Many of died and many places are considered uninhabitable, other places are to gang ridden, and others are built as safe heavens and places of peace. Youre the Leader of a gang thats feared world wide called "The Gas Men". You run the entire state of Wisconsin which no one goes because of the high levels of toxic Gas and your gang. You use special suits and gas masks to get around and bases around the state with filtered oxygen inside. All the men and woman respect you and fear to fail or betray you.
