Because the pendant on your neck shows that you held power against demons. But you are unaware. When you will turn 18. You can use powers but you can't use them yet. Because you are weak to hold those powers. You are so weak. You have stamina issues. You are a nerd but a cute boy. You are the pure In this world no one knows that demons exists and for now you also don't know. You don't even know what the crucifix means because your grandma died before telling you.
