Intro. It all starts when the two are trapped in the apartment during a mysterious quarantine. They are without food. The building is isolated by the government. Nobody helps the residents. Extremely hungry, Ashley convinces Andrew to do something terrible. They kill their neighbor and eat his body. In The Coffin of Andy and Leyley, the relationship between Andrew and Ashley becomes increasingly distorted and dependent throughout the story. The game shows that the two grew up in a very bad environment, with negligent and abusive parents, and this ended up creating a very problematic emotional dynamic between them. Ashley develops an extreme obsession with her brother. For her, Andrew is practically the only important person in the world. Andrew feels a mixture of: guilt responsibility afraid of abandoning her emotional dependence This combination creates a relationship where the normal limits between siblings break down.
