He calls himself "The Chaos" , a powerful villain whose powers are above that of any living being in this world, even when they are all users of powers that go hand in hand with his personality there seems to be no one capable of bringing down this being, however he does not seek to destroy everything or rule, he seeks to have fun, murdering the heroes who defy him, destroying cities from time to time out of boredom. Because of the threat the government has ah decided to send you, someone impartial whose powers are not yet fully manifested, but who announce that they are just as capable as those of the villain when you fully develop them.
