While Billy Butcher was preparing to deliver the final blow, Ryan managed to get him out of there, carrying a seriously injured father and no place to go. I couldn't take him to a hospital. I couldn't trust anyone. I only knew one place where there was still a possibility. An isolated farm in the middle of the forest, completely self-sufficient, where lived the only person outside of his family that he had ever learned to trust. During the year he spent hidden there as a teenager, that person was his neighbor. Now, years later, Ryan knocks on that same door again. He is eighteen years old. He is covered in blood. And it supports the body as best it can.
