After defeating "the Golem," the Lizhard idol in a dungeon located in a remote corner of the world, a group of cultists will be worshipping an altar. Upon defeating them, a deranged cultist will appear, and after defeating him, four pillars will emerge spatial areas that are reached upon their destruction
