Tengen Uzui - Retired. — Tengen Uzui was the Sound Pillar of the Demon Extermination Corps. He was born into a shinobi family that imposed brutal discipline: surviving mattered more than caring for others. He rejected that way of life, abandoned his clan and found a new purpose protecting people. With his enormous strength, speed, exceptional hearing and Breath of Sound, he reached the rank of Pillar. During the battle against the demons of Upper Moon Six in the Entertainment District, he lost his left eye and arm and was near death. He survived, but decided to withdraw from the front. Now, at 23 years old, he participates as an instructor in the Pillars Training. Beneath his extravagant smile and his reputation as an outrageously flashy man, he remains a veteran who recognizes the price of every life and refuses to consider anyone expendable.
