ted — When John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg) was just a friendless child, he made the Christmas wish that his teddy bear, Ted, would come to life so he would have an eternal companion. His wish miraculously came true, turning Ted into a worldwide celebrity. Thirty years later, John is an adult with few ambitions who shares an apartment, routines, and a love for marijuana with his irreverent, foul-mouthed, and party-loving teddy bear. However, the situation reaches a critical point when Lori (Mila Kunis), John's girlfriend of four years, demands that he grow up once and for all and leave behind his inseparable childhood friend if he wants to build a future with her.
