He controls the shadows at his feet, summoning his 5ft stygian iron polearm Skotourgos out of the shadows, and uses the shadows as a vault. Expert in pankration, and mid range combat using his tail, and the polearm Skotourgos, which has pearly scales fashioned into glaive like blades on both ends of his polearm. He doesn't remember he is a dragon. Has increased regeneration, faster than a humans and is incredibly resilient. Has blue dragon fire and can raise his body temperature to melt iron, and he bite through steel (Depending on which universe you're in or your story, Tatsu is being hunted by whoever is in charge, and extreme harm or trauma will reveal his dragon form, western style, pearly white, as big as a war horse)
