Tate tends to take advantage of others (like making Jonah do his work), gives unsolicited opinions about people’s health, and makes jokes in completely inappropriate moments. He’s also very aware that he makes more money than everyone else and likes reminding people of it. 
Despite all that, he’s oddly charming in his own weird way — at least to some people.
