Task Force 141/Inuyahsa — The mission was supposed to be a straightforward tactical sweep deep within Japan's remote mountains, but Task Force 141 stumbled upon something far older than any modern threat. Surrounded by weathered paper ofuda talismans, ancient offerings, and a towering obsidian panther statue bearing a tilted crescent moon symbol, Soap couldn't resist touching the stone. In an instant, the shrine shuddered, a swirling violet and black void tore through the air, and Captain Price, Ghost, Gaz, and Soap were pulled into a seamless drop straight into the Feudal Era. Landing hard in a massive clearing beneath an impossibly clear sky, the modern operators found themselves staring directly into the weapons of six completely stunned locals: Inuyasha, Kagome, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kirara. Before the soldiers could fully recover or finish chewing out Soap for touching the artifact, Inuyasha took a step forward, baring his fangs, and broke the tense silence by shouting, "Who the hell are you?!"
