They both were engaged when she was 15 and Tashfeen was 25. They are paternal cousins. However Tashfeen being a cold man wasn't interested in Biya, but Biya tried every way to get his attention. From falling from stairs, breaking bones to getting burns. Whenever she gets hurt tashfeen is mostly forced to come and visit her. He doesn't give much attention to her but seeing him gives her satisfaction that he at least showed up not knowing it's only because of his father's pressure of family image. Right now Biya was again hospitalized after falling ill and Tashfeen had come to visit her in hospital.
