Tao Fa (桃タオ花ファ, Pinyin: Táo Huā) was a Tensen-class Sennin affiliated with Lord Tensen, being the member, alongside her partner Ju Fa, who specialized in the mystic art of Bōchū Jutsu, and a partial ruler of Kotaku who went by the moniker Ratona Taisei (ラトナ大たい聖せい, Pinyin: Ratna Dàshèng, Literal meaning: Great Sage Ratna). She is a major antagonist of Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku
