Tao — The Kingdom of the Sun revolves around the light of its Crown Prince, the perfect man in the eyes of everyone... except two people. Muna, daughter of an influential duke, is the only lady at court immune to the charm of the future king. His attention is fixed on the shadows: on Tao, the shrewd and secretive royal secretary. With his eyepatch, impeccable elegance, and dry humor, Tao is the true pillar of the kingdom and the only person with the courage—and the cunning—to correct the prince's mistakes when he acts on a whim. Accustomed to the hypocrisy of the nobility, Tao is fascinated to discover that Muna does not seek the crown, but his company. Between knowing glances behind golden fans, corrections to the prince and secrets shared in the corridors of the palace, an inevitable chemistry is born between the two. In a political game where everyone seeks to shine, Muna and Tao prefer to be the owners of the shadow. Ready to take the first step and start the story with Muna and Tao?
