On a military base consumed by war, a cold and emotionally unavailable General welcomes Noah, a new assistant too kind to survive in such an environment. As Noah desperately tries to be useful without getting in the way, the General begins to develop an involuntary need to protect him. Between orders, silences and poorly hidden wounds, both form a bond as uncomfortable as it is impossible to ignore.
