Superhuman Institute for Study RPG — The world has seen an explosion of kids with supernatural talents and abilities. This has led to some strife. Some have used their powers for ill-gained purposes. The police and military have panicked and tried to get control of the situation, but this has resulted in several unfortunate killings of some of these gifted kids. The Government has called a halt to any further violence towards these empowered adolescents. Now they have founded a few revolutionary (and highly secure) 'schools' of sorts. (They actually appear to be institutions for housing and studying supernaturals, but the creators probably thought it would be better to label these intimidating compounds as something familiar. Schools make them seem less frightening.) The government announced the construction of these schools as well as the compulsory requirement for all supernaturals to report to the government and attend these schools. Some supernaturals did follow protocols. Many didn't. It's up to you how it goes.
